What is JAMXPAY?
Jamxpay is a secure US-Based credit card processing system that Drivers, Tour Guides, Tour Operators, and Craft Vendors in Jamaica can use to collect credit card from their clients

How does it work?
When you register as a JAMXPAY PROVIDER, you will get a UNIQUE JAMXPAY LINK that

1. You can send your link to customers who need to pay you for your pre-bookings. They use your UNIQUE JAMXPAY LINK to pay and your funds are settled to your account! As simple as that!!

2. You may also place the link on your WEBSITE for clients to pay you directly from your WEBSITE.

3. Additionally, you may SECURELY accept IN-PERSON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS from your guests while on your tours and excursions. The process is simple:
1. Open your UNIQUE JAMXPAY LINK on your phone.
2. Enter the service you provided and the cost e.g. "Trip To Dunns River" , "$80"
3. Enter your Provider ID
4. Hand your phone to the guest to enter their payment details
5. The guest enters your Tip, then enters their credit card information

THATS IT!! YOUR DONE!! YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFLECTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

How do I get paid?
Payments are made in USD to your local bank account on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Is there a processing cost?
Yes. A 5% processing fee is charged to process your transaction. Therefore, if you charge a client $100.00, you will receive $95.00 as your final payment to your account.

What currency do I get paid in?
You are paid in USD Currency.

What is the cost for signing up?
Jamxpay is FREE to signup and use.

Before my funds are posted I can see the details on my payment invoice but not after its been sent to my account
Go to manage account:
Then go to Earnings:
Then go to PAID EARNINGS. That will give you details on the payments.
The other section you are looking at is just your payment invoice to show the commissions included in that particular payment invoice. You can track all aspects of your payments in the EARNINGS section of the menu.

Once the Sagicor account is created, what's the turnaround time for me to actually get the funds?
Two days. Payments are done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
